Why it helps
- Reveals where visitors click and hesitate.
- Helps find page friction through recordings.
- Removing friction from key pages can help more visitors complete an enquiry or purchase.
- Fixing page friction can make your existing traffic work harder.
Look closely at a confusing journey
A drop in form completions tells you where to investigate, but it may not explain the problem. Clarity adds heatmaps and session recordings to that investigation. We use them to inspect how people interact with a page and form a specific hypothesis about friction.
Review a focused set of visits
We start with a page, device type or interaction that needs attention. Watching relevant sessions tells you far more than watching random visits. We check whether important content is missed, a control behaves unexpectedly or a form asks for information at the wrong point.
Validate the proposed fix
A recording is an observation, not a complete explanation of someone’s intent. We combine patterns across visits with a direct review of the interface. After a change, we check the behaviour again and compare the relevant completion data before deciding whether the issue is resolved.
