We’re hiring vibe coders.
Developers who ship real products by directing Claude Code and Codex: you set the plan, the agents write the code, you review it and own the result.
What you’ll do
- Build websites, web apps, internal tools and integrations for clients in Dubai, across the GCC and worldwide, with AI agents doing most of the typing.
- Plan the work, prompt and steer Claude Code and Codex every day, then review, test and own every change they make.
- Connect sites and apps to CRMs, analytics, payment systems and AI assistants, including MCP servers.
- Ship to production with the team: from the brief to launch and the fixes after it.
What we’re looking for
- Five years or more of software development, shipped to production.
- At least a year of vibe coding: daily, hands-on work with Claude Code, Codex or similar coding agents.
- A portfolio of live projects you can walk us through, with what you built and what the AI built.
- A solid background: Git, APIs, databases, testing and deployment.
- Working English for briefs, code reviews and client calls.
