What we collect when you visit 3tf.agency or send us a brief, why we collect it and how to control it.

Who we are

This policy explains how 3tf handles personal data on 3tf.agency and when you contact us. 3tf is a digital agency in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai.

The controller of your data is 3TechFlow L.L.C-FZ, trade licence 2654139.01 (PDF, opens in a new tab), registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What we collect

When you send a brief

Our contact form and the Build your project form ask for:

  • your name, company name and work e-mail;
  • where your business is based;
  • what you need: the goal, areas and services you pick;
  • anything you write about your project;
  • the page you sent the form from.

With each brief we also store the date and time, your browser’s user agent and a hash of your IP address. We store the hash, not the address itself, and use it only to block repeated spam.

When you contact us directly

If you e-mail, call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep your details and what you send us.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to see how people use the site. They record pages viewed, clicks on contact links, the site that sent you, campaign tags in the link, device and browser type, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

Advertising

We run ads on Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Their tags on this site record visits and enquiries. This tells us which ads bring enquiries. It also lets us show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors move through pages: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. We use it to find confusing pages and broken layouts. We set Clarity to hide what you type into form fields.

Cookies and similar tools

These tools set cookies or read identifiers in your browser. The main ones are:

The site also keeps two things only in your browser. Your choices on Build your project stay until you close the tab. TED’s arcade scores stay until you clear site data. Neither is sent to us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We handle personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, the legal bases below apply too.

  • Replying to your brief and preparing a quote. You asked us to, and it is a step before a possible contract.
  • Running a project for you. Performing our contract with you or your company.
  • Blocking spam and keeping the site secure. Our legitimate interest in a working, safe site.
  • Analytics, ads measurement, remarketing and session recording. Your consent where the law requires it. Otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding which pages and ads work.
  • Accounting and legal records. Our legal obligations.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

How long we keep it

  • Briefs from our forms: 24 months from the day you send them, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as the contract and UAE law require.
  • E-mails and messages: 24 months after our last conversation, unless they are part of a client project.
  • Google Analytics: 14 months.
  • Microsoft Clarity recordings: 30 days.
  • Google and Meta advertising data: as set by each company. Their own policies give the details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the companies that run parts of our service for us:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, stores briefs in its database and protects the site from attacks.
  • Cloudflare also delivers each brief to our team by e-mail.
  • Google runs Tag Manager, Analytics and Google Ads. It also hosts the team mailboxes (Gmail) that receive each brief.
  • Meta runs the Meta pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Microsoft runs Clarity session recording.

These companies may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the EU. Each has its own safeguards for international transfers. We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct data that is wrong;
  • delete your data;
  • stop or limit how we use it, including for marketing;
  • send your data to you or another company in a common format.

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what we did before.

E-mail [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Opting out of ads personalisation

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Briefs are stored in Cloudflare’s database and sent to our team’s mailboxes. Only our team can read them, after signing in. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or card details through our forms.

Children

Our services are for businesses. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
