About these terms
These terms apply when you use 3tf.agency and when you buy services from us. 3tf is a trading name of 3TechFlow L.L.C-FZ, trade licence 2654139.01 (PDF, opens in a new tab), issued by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company. “You” means the person or business using the site or buying our services.
If a signed proposal or contract says something different, the proposal or contract wins.
Using this website
The site describes our services. It is general information, not professional advice. We may change or remove content at any time.
Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, sending spam through the forms or copying our content for your own use.
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Our services
We offer strategy, brand, websites and apps, content, paid media, social media, SEO, CRM and automation, e-mail and analytics. What we deliver for you is set out in a written proposal or statement of work. It lists the scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
Work outside that scope is a change. We agree changes with you in writing before we start them.
Quotes and fixed prices
- A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
- A fixed price covers the agreed scope and the number of review rounds in the proposal. It does not change unless the scope changes.
- If the scope changes, we quote the difference first. We do not add charges you have not approved.
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless the quote says otherwise, and exclude VAT. We add VAT at the current UAE rate where it applies.
- Third-party costs are not included unless the quote lists them. These include advertising spend, software licences, hosting, domains, stock images and fonts.
Payment
- We invoice according to the payment schedule in the proposal. Most projects start with a deposit.
- Invoices are due by the date shown on them.
- Monthly services are billed in advance for each month.
- Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform, or passed through at cost if we agree to pay it for you.
- If an invoice is late, we may pause work until it is paid. Deadlines move by the length of the pause.
What we need from you
Projects run on time when we get content, feedback, approvals and account access when we need them. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send us, such as logos, text, photos and customer data. You are responsible for your own legal and regulatory approvals, including advertising rules in your sector.
Intellectual property
- When you have paid in full, the final deliverables we made for you belong to you. This includes logos, designs, copy and code written for your project.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. You get a permanent licence to use any of them that are built into your deliverables.
- Third-party items, such as fonts, stock images, plugins and software, stay under their owners’ licences.
- Drafts and concepts you did not choose stay ours.
- We may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies. Tell us in writing if you would rather we did not.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential. We use it only to deliver our services. This does not cover information that is already public, or that the law requires us to disclose.
Liability
- We do our work with reasonable skill and care. Marketing results depend on many things we do not control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or ad performance.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or account decisions by third-party platforms, such as Google, Meta, hosting providers or CRM vendors.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending a project
Either side can end a project in writing with the notice period in the proposal. If none is stated, the notice period is 30 days. You pay for work done up to the end date. Monthly services end at the close of the paid month.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you sign a proposal applies to that project.
