Make.
Map the process.
Let it run.
We connect apps, build visual automations and add alerts when a process needs a person.

Why it helps
- Connects apps in a visible step-by-step flow.
- Automates updates, drafts and hand-offs.
- Routine updates take less staff time, and important information reaches the next team member faster.
- A visible workflow makes failed handoffs easier to spot and fix.
Connect a few steps first
Make provides a visual way to build scenarios between applications. We use it for a defined handover, such as turning an approved form submission into a record and a team notification. Starting with a narrow process makes the result easier to inspect and maintain.
Check the data between applications
The same field can mean different things in two systems. We map names, dates, status values and required information before adding more branches. A test should include missing details and repeat submissions, so the scenario handles the cases the team will meet in everyday use.
Leave a clear route to recovery
We review what happens when a connection expires or a destination rejects a record. The owner should know where to inspect an incomplete run and how to retry it safely. A small amount of documentation helps prevent a convenient automation from becoming an unexplained dependency.
Product reference: Make scenario documentation. Our approach above describes how we plan and evaluate the work.
