Why it helps
- Summarises proposals, reports and meeting notes.
- Extracts key facts and next steps from documents.
- Your team spends less time reading repetitive material and more time acting on it.
- A review step keeps important decisions with your team.
Use source material to anchor the work
Claude can assist with reading, drafting and reasoning over business material. We define the task and provide the relevant source documents, then ask for an output that can be checked against them. It works well for a first draft or a structured review of supplied information.
Make uncertainty part of the brief
A well-designed workflow tells the model what to do when the material does not contain an answer. We separate supplied facts from suggested wording and keep references available for review. The person approving the result should be able to trace an important statement back to its source.
Check the result in its final context
An accurate summary may still omit the detail a customer needs. We review completeness, tone and factual support before publishing or forwarding the output. A small evaluation set drawn from real work helps determine whether the workflow is reliable enough for repeated use.
