Codex.
Build, test.
Keep moving.
We use Codex for scoped code changes, inspections and checks, then review the results before release.

Why it helps
- Takes on defined coding tasks.
- Returns code and checks for your team to review.
- Faster fixes and fewer manual coding bottlenecks leave more time for customer-facing work.
- Reviewable changes make small development tasks easier to track.
Turn a task into a reviewable change
Codex supports development work such as understanding a repository, editing code and checking an implementation. We give it a concrete task with a defined result. A brief like fixing a clipped mobile menu is easier to verify than a general request to improve a website.
Use the project as the reference
We begin with the existing files, design patterns and build process. The implementation should preserve the parts of the product that already work. We review the changed files and exercise the affected screens, including the small viewports and error states that a desktop preview can miss.
Measure the finished work
An assistant completing a task is one checkpoint. The release decision also considers whether the change works in the browser, passes relevant checks and is understandable to the next developer. We keep human review in the process and use the same acceptance criteria as for other code.
